One of the top attractions of the weekend are the Fri & Sat lectures by each of our 4 headliner magicians. We work hard to get the very best. They're always great teachers as well as entertaining people. You can bank on having a ball and learning from every one of them!
We have evening shows on Fri & Sat night. Find details on the Evening Shows tab.
These shows are included in your registration, and are the only events the public can buy tickets for: $25 in advance or $30 at the door. All seating is general - however the front 2 rows are designated for the public, on a first come basis.
On Sat morning we get to see each of the headliners perform close-up shows genuinely close up. Us attendees split up and gather around tables in 3 different rooms, and the performers rotate around doing a 15-20 minute set in each room.
On Sunday we bring our headliners together on stage to talk about magic topics of their choosing as well as topics us attendees bring up. A moderator guides the way through this chemistry of thoughts.
Dealer's Tables are $75, plus full registration. Limited to the first 10 signups. Email to signup.
(There's no charge for anyone to bring items to sell at the "Sunday Swap"!)
Our annual contest is PARLOUR MAGIC, suitable for an audience of approx 40 people. Presenters can use a table, but please no cards flat on the table as that won't be visable to the audience.
The 2026 contest will be open to the first 10 sign ups. As of Feb 19 we have 1 slot open - but we'll take an extra 2 in case of no-shows.
For sign ups & questions contact Richard Kennedy.
We sometimes talk the headliners into offering extra-fee workshops on Sunday. Follow this link for more info.
In recent years we've had workshops by Erik Tait, Jon Armstrong, John Carney, Asi Wind, Banachek, Richard Osterlind, Rocco, & Jonathan Levit.
For many this is the heart of the weekend. In-between events, during meals, & late at night attendees informally gather to share their hobby in this sea of kindred spirits. People gather in the venue room, the atrium, the restaurant, and in their hotel rooms. PMJ veterans please make the new folks feel welcome in this setting!
On Sunday anyone is welcome to bring any magic props they want to sell or swap. We'll have plenty of table space for everyone's items. There isn't a particular start or stop time, so set your stuff out anytime on Sunday!
Share this around as you please!
